Our Building Consultancy division is providing Architectural, Project Management & Contract Administration whilst our Civil and Structures team deliver the design solution for this new 60,000sq/ft production building which, once completed, will manufacture a new range of high-end bespoke holiday homes.
This scheme follows the recently completed Swift Cafe 'Hub Sixty-Four', which can accommodate the 1300-strong Swift workforce.
